Overview
This extra-large maple cutting board was designed for cooks who want a true workhorse on their counter. At nearly two feet wide, it gives you the real estate to break down whole chickens, prep multiple ingredients at once, or use as a rolling and serving surface. The accented colors in the large juice groove add a little pop of color without sacrificing durability.
Build Notes
- Hard maple end-grain construction for durability and knife friendliness
- Extra thickness (1.75in) for a substantial feel and long service life
- Rubber feet on the underside to prevent slipping during use
- Juice groove routed around perimeter to contain liquids
- Finished with multiple coats of food-safe mineral oil
